這個車燈是大創非常有誠意的產品，使用三號電池，電池壽命長，內部反光片設計的不錯，亮度夠，視角廣，也相當防水。

當然～設計上有些缺陷，對於慢速通勤沒問題，像我這種趕時間，台灣路面又多不平整的情況下，就很容易故障，接下來就跟大家說如何改造並且改進。

This bike light is a very faithful good from DAISO. using AA batterys *2, long battery life, well-designed reflector, enough bright in night, wide viewable angle, quite anti water splash.

Of course, there is some defects. It's ok for casual daily traffic, but someone is always in hurry like me and with the uneven road,  it will be rasily crashed. So the following would depict how to remold and improve.

造型簡單而實用

為了容納三號電池和內部反光片，又要增加視角，中間還要加上可迫緊的防水O-ring，尺寸上相當厚

in order to fit AA batterys and the inner reflector and need a wider viewable angle, and even add a pressable O-ring, this aize becames very thick.

使用非常古典而牢固的螺絲加上螺帽鎖緊上下，比卡榫式的重量重，也比較不方便隨地更換，但是很堅固，而且可以將防水O-Ring迫緊，防水性極佳

using a traditional and stable screws+nuts to lock up and down. Although it's heavy and unconvenient for replacing batterys, it's hard and having excellent anti-splash when locked and pressed by screws.

美中不足的是這個固定結構糟糕極了！

But the holder is a trouble.

按照說明書安裝的話，會因為車燈本身重量太重，加上扣件的材質太軟而且表面光滑，幾次路面的震動，車燈照射角度就會下垂......

when you install by the manual, this lightening angle will bow because of the heavy weight , soft and smooth material and the vibration when cycling.

您說，鎖緊一點，再點個快乾膠水不就好了？我說，更慘，因為這個黑色ABS的材質過於軟脆，結構也差，沒了車燈垂頭吸收部分路面震動衝擊力後，黑色ABS某處就會發生斷裂，車燈就跳車落地，內部的三號電池座也因為尺寸偏小、結構薄弱跟著摔裂，這下就真的沒救了；摔了兩個後，在盤算電池漏液造成的各個車燈損壞，比較損失後，決定改善，畢竟絕大多數都是因為電池液造成電路基版損壞，而且很難事先察覺，這個車燈就算電池液也不容易浸泡到電路基版，就算真的因此損毀，39元傷害也低，特別適合全家車燈都是我在維護的情況。

So~if we lock this harder, and drip some glue in it, it would be fine, right? I have to say "worse", some where would be fracture because of losing the damping of bowing light and the over vibration. You light would say "I jumppppp~". Then the really worst is because of the narrow and  frail battery holder，it would totally crashed on the impact.

Compare with the leaking  battery acid and the deadly impact and the cost of every light I used and the duty of replacing light at home, I decided to improve this light, at least, it has lower cost when damaged.

 那麼，我們就開工吧，至少妳一定會需要下面這些工具，準備一下吧～

Here we go, you will need this tools, prepare them~

1. 十字起 Philips Screw Driver PH1

2. 十字起 Philips Screw Driver PH2

3. 斜口鉗 Diagonal cutting nipper

4. 尖嘴鉗 long nose plier

 用PH1鬆開車燈罩

use PH1 to loosen the cover  

內部構造很原始，依然保留手工焊接電路

接下來用PH2鬆開電路板

then use PH2 to loosen the PC board

鏘鏘看到中間的螺帽了嗎？這就是改造重點！

將塑膠夾用PH1卸下

remove the screw and clap by PH1

再將原本安裝座的螺絲取下

take this screw from the light holder

從內部鎖入螺帽，像這樣剛剛好～不用另外找零件～

install the previous screw from inner side

原本的塑膠夾現在成了一根突出的螺絲，眼尖的人大概也知道我接下來的應用了

the origin became a stick of thread, I guess some users have known how to applicate.

有快乾的話，點一下固定，沒有也無妨

if having this glue, drip some, none is ok. 

這裡也是，沒有也無妨

將電路板背面貼上膠帶，避免沒鎖好螺絲造成摩擦，其實沒有也沒關係

paste the gummy tape on the bcak, avoid unpredict touch with the screw head, in fact, none is ok. 

電池座非常的薄，裝著電池的時候，彈簧張力又太緊，不小心碰撞的話，電池座很容易裂開

the battery holder is very thin and weak, and easy fracture when meeting the tension by installed batteries.

特別是這個正電極部分受力較不平均，老是暴裂

espacially the positive with unbalanced tension

既然難以加強電池座，不如～就索性讓狹窄的電池空間壓力小一些，用尖嘴鉗夾一下正負電極中央區域

now that it's hard to strengthen the holder, how about to reduce the tension, so ~ clap the center of the electrodes with a long nose plier.

負極略凹，彈簧也縮短了一點點

now we get a shorter spring and a sunk 

正極也是凹陷了，一點點的空間變化，使得電池變得更好安裝，也沒有影響接觸電阻，更不用剪短彈簧

the same sunk on the positive, a little longer space makes a easy installation without affecting the contact resistance and cutting the spring.

真是舒適宜人的空間，用上IKEA的糟糕電池我也不怕了

well space, now I won't suffer in the fear of terrible IKEA Alkaline

剛剛的塑膠夾先別丟掉，暫時放回，說不定可以當成墊片調整安裝使用

BTW, do not throw other parts, and return the plastic clap, maybe you could use this as a spacer.

與長螺絲成對的螺帽不用取下，用斜口鉗於90度與360度處剪斷

cut at 90 and 360 degree, so not need to take off the nut

就會得到下面左邊的兩塊零件，右邊的成了塑膠回收品

then get 2 pcs parts, recycle the right one

請記得將下列依金屬與塑膠分別回收

seperately recycle them by materials

剛剛的零件疊疊樂暫時是這個樣子

stack the previous parts like this

依照需求，可以這樣安裝成尾燈

as your wish, it could be like this 

這是改造現有車燈時，舊材料已經拋棄，另外找材料改的，所以不太一樣

it looks different because I remolded an used light without the recycled parts

或是菜籃的前燈

or installed in the shopping basket

利用這塊90度剪下的零件，當成墊片、卡榫、鎖緊用的握柄，一魚三吃～記得保留按車燈開關的空間～

use this one as a spacer, a pin and a handle, 3 in 1 good~

remember reserving the space to ON/OFF the light
